Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees,
Tuesday, October 2, 2007  6:00 pm.

CALL TO ORDER

Present:  Mrs. Fiorello, Mr. Mackey, Mrs. Mismas, Mrs. Petruccio, Mrs. Webster

The meeting was called to order by President Mackey at 6:00 pm  

The Board discussed proposals for Operations Policies 2.12 and 2.13 and agreed to accept them as presented.   

The Board discussed the Board vacancy and agreed to offer it to Reed Robertson, since he expressed interest in the position and it was originally his seat before his resignation from the Board.

The meeting was adjourned at 6:25 p.m.
