  • Your Vote Matters -  Every vote counts! Register to vote @ your library. The Willoughby-Eastlake Public Library, the American Library Association and Working Assets bring you online voter registration. Register to vote online or update your existing registration. Fill out the required fields, print your completed registration and mail it to the Secretary of State's office. In order to vote in an upcoming election, the properly completed voter registration form must be postmarked thirty (30) days before the upcoming election to be valid. Looking for voter resources?
