All libraries have coin-operated copy machines. Copies are $.10 each.

Free Wireless Internet
All of our buildings offer free WiFi access for your wireless-enabled laptops. Go here for instructions on how to connect.

Exhibits/Displays
Each library provides space for exhibits and displays. Non-profit community agencies or individuals may request use of such space according to library needs. Please contact the Public Relations Manager for further information.

Fax Service
Fax service is done during business hours, up until one half-hour before closing. Fees: $1.00 service charge, 25 cents per page; long-distance fees are $1.00 for phone call, $1.00 service charge, 25 cents per page.

Meeting Rooms
The meeting rooms of the Willoughby-Eastlake Public Library are available for use by non-profit, educational, cultural and civic groups within Lake County when the rooms are not being used for library activities. Meetings and programs must be open to the public and free of charge. The meeting rooms at our Willoughby Hills location do not belong to the library and must be scheduled through the City of Willoughby Hills. Contact your local library for more information.

Voter Registration
Citizens may register to vote at all Willoughby-Eastlake Public Libraries.


Exam Proctoring
Exam proctoring is a service provide by the library as a courtesy to our community and scheduling exams is at the library’s discretion.  There is no charge for this service.

Procedure:       
 Exam proctoring may be scheduled at any of the WEPL libraries by contacting the manager or assistant manager. 

It is requested that the student schedule exam proctoring 72 hours in advance with the library.  Proctoring on weekends is subject to staffing levels and manager approval.
      
The service will not be one-on-one proctoring. 

Students will sit near the Reference Desk, in the quiet study room, or on a public computer (time will be extended to meet exam requirements) while the Reference Librarian performs regular duties.  Please be aware that the library environment and noise level changes depending on the time of day.  The Proctor will be the Librarian on duty at the time of the exam. 

Students need to present ID and the library will not provide return envelopes, postage, or free faxing. 

Exams left more then 30 days will be disposed.
